Excellent customer service, beautiful room, fantastic location very close to train/bus terminals. Breakfast was very good, able to eat in a garden courtyard which was a great way to start our day in Venice. BEST PART OF OUR STAY was the free water taxi ride Irina (wonderful lady at the front desk) arranged for us to visit the Murano Glass factory (DON"T MISS THIS TOUR!!!!!). Irina set up a free water taxi that the Arlecchino had arranged to take us to Murano. When we arrived at the Murano factory, we were met at their private dock by a very knowledgeable guide who took us for a tour including a up close exhibition on how the masters work the glass to make their exquisit art. Then a guided tour of the extensive showrooms with in depth explanations on how some of the large and more impressive glass pieces are created. We walked out of the Murano tour and got on another private water taxi to go to Burano, where we were met by another guide who gave us a tour of a lace shop with demonstrations on how some of the finer lace is made. Staying at the Arlecchino was the best decision we made when planning our Venice trip!!

We stayed here one night while on our way to a cruise out of Ravenna. We were in a quad hotel room and it was well appointed and spacious and the bathroom was a great size. The AC worked beautifully and was welcomed after a long day of walking. The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and answered all questions. Location was perfect for us and not a bad walk from the train station with luggage. We met our car transfer the next day at the Pizzale Roma and it was about a 3 minute easy walk. I would stay here again. Lots of good restaurants nearby and wonderful views. The hotel guest only tables w chairs out front were a welcomed surprised and enjoyed by our party. We had breakfast added at time of booking and that took place at their sister hotel next door. The breakfast was great and the Hotel Olympia was a cute hotel.

We actually stayed at Hotel Olimpia (garden hotel) b/c Hotel Arlecchino was under renovation. I HIGHLY recommend Hotel Olimpia!! The staff were absolutely amazing, all the little details and person touches were such a treat and made us feel welcome and important. Exceptional customer service! The room was great, we had a view of the canal. Comfortable beds, and nice bedding however I’m picky with pillows and found them a little dense as were memory foam. The bathroom was extremely nice and had one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced! Great location - right across the first bridge from the train station. So ideal for dropping off bags and then off to explore the city/town. I would absolutely stay here again!

The best hotel experience we had in Italy across our trip in Venice / Milan / Florence and Rome. The staff were super friendly and helpful, reception and bell boys and restaurant servers. The room and toilet were very decent size for 2 people. They had some sweets by the hotel lobby which helped us a lot when we were hungry, marshmallows were great. Near the hotel there were also great restaurants and a nearby supermarket. Side note - Property was under renovation so we stayed in one of their sister’s hotel which was located a few steps down the road. Believe the service standards across the sister hotels were be similar, we loved the stay!

My stay here exceeded my expectations, and everything was great. My room and the entire hotel were clean and well-maintained. Also, the lady (sorry, I didn't catch her name) who worked the front desk during the day was super friendly and helpful with all my questions. I liked the location, as it was directly next to the bus station and easy to locate. I also liked that since it wasn't in a touristy area, it was quiet and less crowded, yet still close to walking anywhere in the city. The cost was more than I usually spend, but I felt was justified and worth it.
